1. Rewards Program Overview 

The Zelenko Wellness Rewards Program allows eligible customers to earn store credits and promotional rewards on qualifying subscription purchases made through our website. By participating in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

 Rewards are not retroactive. Only qualifying subscription purchases made after a customer enrolls in the Rewards Program and the program becomes active on their account are eligible to earn rewards. Purchases made prior to enrollment or prior to the program launch will not earn rewards or be credited retroactively. 

Program features such as reward tracking, customer portal displays, punch cards, email notifications, referral tools, and automated reward communications are provided as a convenience and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without affecting the validity of earned rewards. 

2. Earning Credits & Rewards 

Customers earn store credits equal to 10% of the subtotal value of eligible completed subscription orders.

Store credits are issued after every second successfully completed and paid subscription order. Orders must be fully paid and not refunded, disputed, canceled, or charged back to qualify. 

Rewards begin accruing only after enrollment in the Rewards Program. Eligible purchases made before enrollment or before the Rewards Program launch date will not qualify for rewards or receive retroactive credit. 


Credits are calculated based on the order subtotal only and exclude shipping charges, taxes, discounts, duties, and additional fees. 


Credits may accumulate over time and can be applied toward future orders. 

Bonus Gifts & Promotional Rewards 

Eligible subscribers may receive milestone gifts, surprise gifts, bonus rewards, free product offers, gift-with-purchase promotions, discount codes, or other promotional incentives. 

Gift rewards may be issued automatically upon reaching certain subscription milestones or at Zelenko's sole discretion as part of special promotions. 

Bonus gifts and promotional rewards: 

  • Have no cash value 

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash 

  • Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold 

  • Are subject to availability 

  • May be substituted with a reward, product, discount code, or offer of equal or greater value at Zelenko's discretion 

Credit Redemption Limit 

Customers may accumulate store credits without a maximum account balance. 

A maximum of $100 USD in store credits may be redeemed toward any single qualifying order. If a customer's available store credit balance exceeds $100 USD, any remaining credits will remain in their account and may be redeemed on future qualifying purchases, subject to the applicable redemption limit. 

Redeeming Credits 

Store credits may be applied toward eligible future purchases on our website, subject to any minimum purchase requirements or promotional restrictions that may apply. 

Store credits:

  • Have no cash value 

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash 

  • Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold 

  • May only be applied to eligible product subtotals 

  • Cannot be used toward shipping charges, taxes, duties, or additional fees 

  • May not be combined with certain promotions or discounts where prohibited 

  • A maximum of $100 USD in store credits may be redeemed per qualifying order. 

Credits may be applied to future purchases and, where supported by the platform, may be automatically applied to upcoming subscription orders 

Credit Expiration 

Rewards credits do not expire while the customer's subscription account remains active and in good standing, subject to these Terms & Conditions, including the maximum redemption limit of $100 USD in store credits per qualifying order. 

Subscription Requirement 

If a subscription is canceled, paused, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise terminated in accordance with the Zelenko Labs LLC Terms of Service, pending or future rewards eligibility may be canceled at our discretion. 

Subscription Cancellation Grace Period 

If a customer cancels their active subscription, previously earned rewards credits will remain available for 7 days following the cancellation date. 

During this grace period, customers may reactivate their subscription and retain access to their existing rewards balance. 

If the subscription is not reactivated within the 7-day grace period, any remaining rewards credits may be removed from the account at our discretion. 

Referral Rewards Program (Refer Friends & Family) 

Eligible customers may receive a unique referral link through the customer portal to share with friends and family. 

Referral offer: 

  • Referring customers ("Advocates") may receive a $10 store credit reward for each qualifying referral purchase. 

  • Referred customers ("Friends") may receive 12% off their first eligible purchase, including one-time purchases and subscription orders. 

Referral rewards are issued only after the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase that is successfully paid and not refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back. Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be delayed pending fraud review. 

Referral store credits: 

  • Are issued to the Advocate's account for future purchases 

  • Have no cash value 

  • Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash 

  • May not be combined with certain promotions or discounts where prohibited 

Referral Program Limitations 

The Referral Rewards Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. 

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, bulk referrals, coupon sites, paid advertising, spam, or other fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. 

We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, revoke, adjust, or deny referral rewards at our sole discretion if we suspect abuse, manipulation, fraud, or violations of these Terms & Conditions. 

Returns, Refunds & Adjustments 

If an order is refunded, replaced, canceled, reversed, charged back, or otherwise adjusted pursuant to the Zelenko Labs LLC Terms of Service, any associated rewards credits or promotional rewards may be reduced, reversed, or removed accordingly. 

Account Limitations 

Rewards accounts are limited to one account per customer and are non-transferable. 

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate rewards balances resulting from technical, system, processing, administrative, or human errors. 

Abuse & Fraud 

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, revoke, modify, or terminate rewards accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, or violations of these Terms & Conditions. 

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent the Rewards Program may result in forfeiture of earned credits and rewards. 

Program Changes 

We may modify, pause, suspend, or terminate the Zelenko Wellness Rewards Program, Referral Rewards Program, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, including changes to: 

  • Credit earning rates 

  • Reward schedules 

  • Promotional gifts or bonus rewards 

  • Redemption rules 

  • Eligible products or subscriptions 

  • Referral reward amounts 

  • Referral eligibility requirements 

  • Store credit redemption limits 

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Previously earned store credits generally remain valid unless removal is permitted under these Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the Rewards Program does not create any vested right to future rewards, promotional offers, earning rates, or program benefits. 

Limitation of Liability 

This limitation is in addition to, and not in lieu of, the limitations of liability contained in the Zelenko Labs LLC Terms of Service. 

Relationship to Terms of Service 

The Zelenko Wellness Rewards Program forms part of the Zelenko Labs LLC Terms of Service. By participating in the Rewards Program, you also agree to the Zelenko Labs LLC Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of our website, products, subscriptions, and services. 

In the event of any conflict between these Rewards Program Terms & Conditions and the Zelenko Labs LLC Terms of Service, these Rewards Program Terms & Conditions shall govern solely with respect to the administration, earning, redemption, and use of Rewards Program benefits. All other matters remain subject to the Zelenko Labs LLC Terms of Service. 

Rewards credits, promotional rewards, referral rewards, and milestone gifts are promotional incentives offered at Zelenko Labs LLC's sole discretion. They have no cash value, are not the property of the customer, and may be modified, suspended, revoked, or terminated as permitted under these Terms & Conditions or the Terms of Service. 

Participation in the Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law.
