These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://zstacklife.com and any related websites, services, tools, and communications operated by Zelenko Labs LLC (“Zelenko Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our site, creating an account, making a purchase, subscribing, or opting into email or SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or subscribe.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Medical Disclaimer

Zelenko Labs sells nutritional supplements and related wellness products.

Our products are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any supplement.

You accept full responsibility for your use of any product.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We may limit or cancel quantities, refuse orders, or restrict shipping based on fraud risk, geographic restrictions, regulatory issues, or inventory.

We reserve the right to change packaging, labeling, appearance, or sourcing without notice.

4. Subscriptions (Recharge)

Some products are offered as recurring subscriptions.

By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the price and frequency displayed at checkout unless and until you cancel.

Managing Subscriptions

You may log into your account at any time to:

  • Pause
  • Skip
  • Cancel
  • Update billing or shipping information

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge.

  • Online: Cancel through your account (Manage Subscription). Online cancellations take effect immediately upon submission.
  • By phone: Call (800) 935-3656 during business hours. Phone cancellations take effect on the date you request, which cannot be earlier than the date of your call. Charges already processed before that date are not reversed.
  • By email: Email support@zstacklife.com. Email requests are reviewed within 72 hours and take effect once processed. If your renewal date falls within that window, please cancel online or by phone to avoid being charged.

We will send an email confirming every cancellation.

Renewal Cutoff

Subscription renewals are processed at 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time on your scheduled renewal date. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, cancel before 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the renewal date. Cancellations submitted after 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the renewal date will apply to the following billing cycle. We send a reminder email at least seven days before each renewal.

No Refunds on Processed Orders

Once a subscription renewal has processed, it is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

Due to health and safety regulations, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns.

We may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund for:

  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items shipped

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photos or verification.

Shipping errors caused by incorrect addresses or customer mistakes are not refundable.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Payment disputes are reviewed and may affect future order eligibility.

6. International Orders

We sell to customers outside the United States, subject to country restrictions.

Customs, duties, taxes, import delays, and regulatory approval are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

  • Seizures
  • Delays
  • Rejected shipments
  • Import restrictions

7. SMS & Email Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in at checkout, through pop-ups, or through other forms, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing, promotional, personalized, and transactional text messages from Zelenko Labs LLC, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Message types may include:

  • Order updates and shipping notifications
  • Subscription alerts and reminders
  • Promotions and offers
  • Cart reminders

Consent is not required to make a purchase.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is”.

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Zelenko Labs LLC.

Florida law applies.
